Please review terms prior to scheduling!

Scheduling

  • 2 hour minimum required

  • First time clients and jobs 1/2 day or longer may require deposit prior to scheduling, of which the amount is determined on a case by case basis.

  • 48 hour notice required prior to job for any rescheduling or cancellations. This helps ensure I am able to fill gaps in calendar with other tasks.

  • For cancellations / rescheduling within 48 hours of scheduled job start, a 2 hour charge will be billed.

  • I strive to be on time to all appointments; however due to nature of the business situations sometimes arise which require longer than planned. When scheduling, please allow +/- 1 hour from start time. I will always communicate any delays should they occur.

Guarantees

I guarantee all of my work to be safe and to industry standards the first time and will correct any defects in workmanship for first 14 days from time of install. If for any reason workmanship isn’t to your standards, I guarantee to make it right as long as notified within 14 days in writing. Handy Houston LLC carries liability insurance with a $500k per incident limit, should any unforeseen damage occur as a result of our negligence.
